Zinc-Tech, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, has been in business since 1966 manufacturing U.S. Made custom Aluminum & Zinc die cast component to wide variety of industries from Dental Equipment, Medical Devices, Electrical Switching Panels, Automotive, HVAC Tools and Motor Armatures. In today’s fast paced manufacturing environment Zinc-Tech takes responsibility for all operations from tool design through external value added processes like sand blasting, vibratory processes, buffing & polishing, plating, painting and impregnation. Zinc-Tech is known for its tooling expertise and die making ability to solve all die casting quality issues, from proper tool venting to eliminate porosity, to geometric tolerancing to improve component function in assemblies. Zinc-Tech delivers high quality die castings and precision machining, and is known in the industry for its low cost high quality near-net ready to assemble components.
