Zinc-Tech quality control begins with raw materials inspection and continues through painstaking in-process and final inspection. With the addition of our new programable CMM and using customer provided 3D piece part models, we are able to provide extremely accurate customer required inspection reports. 

Our inspection equipment is calibrated on a ridged schedule, ensuring top notch results every time. Continuous improvement through the ISO 9001:2015 ensures accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Using Control Plans, PFMEA, FAIR and the strict guidelines for PPAP when needed, our customers can relax knowing we will meet their specifications and exceed their expectations at the highest levels.
